Effect of RGDSK/K–RNT on caspase-3 activity. Neutrophils with or without pre-exposure to LPS (1 μg/mL) were treated with RGDSK, or RGDSK5/K95–RNT or RGDSK10/K90–RNT for 0, 18, 24 and 36 h. Cell lysates were used for measurement of caspase-3 activity. Results of three different experiments are displayed as mean ± SEM. p < 0.001 when compared LPS and non-LPS treated groups.
