IHC of different organs after 3 DPI with APMV-3 strain Netherlands in turkeys. Viral antigen was visualized by indirect immunofluorescence using polyclonal anti-peptide rabbit antibody specific for the APMV-3 P protein as the primary antibody. The fluorescence was observed in brain (A), trachea (B), lung (C) and pancreas (D) while no fluorescence was observed in organs collected from control birds (E–H).
