Long form of boTLR1 can be detected in primary bovine spleen cells, MNC and BL3 cells. RT-PCR with primer against the published boTLR1 (boTLR1-s) and the full length form (boTLR1-fl) amplified both TLR1 variants in cDNA from primary bovine spleen cells, MNC and BL3 cells.
