| P_Dies_i | Probability that a bird died given it was infected, where i represents the Bird group |
| TestSe_Dead or TestSe_Live | Sensitivity of diagnostic tests for dead and live birds respectively |
| PSamp_i | Proportion of birds sampled for each bird group, where i represents the Bird group |
| N_Samp_i | Number of birds sampled (Hunt and Found dead) |
| Surv_i | Normal yearly survival for each bird group |
