Up-regulation of Src phosphorylation level by BEFV. Vero cells were inoculated with 2 moi BEFV and incubated for the indicated length of time with or without SU6656 (A). MDBK cells were infected with 5 moi BEFV for the indicated length of time with (B) or without SU6656 (C). MDBK cells were infected with various doses of BEFV and incubated for an additional 24 h (D).
