NIP expression in bovine lung homogenates: proteins (25 μg) from control or infected bovine lung homogenates were subjected to 10% SDS-PAGE, transblotted onto PVDF membrane and was probed with (A) polyclonal anti-NIP antibody (1:1 000 dilutions) or (B) monoclonal anti-enolase (1:1 000 dilutions). 1, 2 and 3 are control whereas, 4, 5 and 6 are infected lungs.
