pUL17 colocalizes partially with the major capsid protein VP5 (A) and the tegument protein VP13/14 (B) in the nucleus of vRB-1B-tag17 infected CESC. Anti-HA rabbit antibody (red) reveals the pUL17 tagged protein and VP5 or VP13/14 (green) were identified using specific monoclonal antibodies H18 and L13b. The colocalized signals were extracted from a single slice and presented in the left panel of A and B.
